Anj is the CEO of TalentView, the employer branding firm helping Fortune organizations in Southeast Asia get noticed and loved with their talent brand. With more than a decade of experience in designing human capital strategies and implementing HR technology platforms, she has also been invited to share her insights in HR leadership conferences and publications such as Inc. Magazine.
Anj is one of the pioneering graduates of the Employer Brand Leadership program of Employer Branding College, Australia and is also an MBA of De La Salle University Manila.
Business-focused and passionate, Dianne brings testing to another level with her uncanny ability to streamline talent acquisition and development for TalentView’s key clients, through state-of-the-art technologies and practical approaches to managing the candidate funnel. She has received assessment certifications from Talegent, Previsor, SHL, and the British Psychological Society, giving her a unique perspective on technology platforms and the future of talent measurement. Dianne graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ateneo De Manila and is also a registered psychometrician with the Philippine Association of Psychology. She currently supports TalentView’s key clients such as SM and Aboitiz Equity Ventures. Outside the office, Dianne commits herself to her family by being a full-time mom to her first baby.
Lawrence is a recipient of Level A and B assessment certifications from the British Psychological Society. Using comprehensive and real-time data, Lawrence provides HR leaders with tools and technologies to address high-level people decisions making them more agile at responding to both the needs of the business and its employees. His experience in growing the BPO market for human capital technology has allowed him to work with a network of outsourcing leaders in the region to develop talent management initiatives. He holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Southville International School. In his spare time, Lawrence enjoys travelling to any place where good coffee is served and the sun meets the sea.
Kate kicked off her professional career in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing. With her keen interest in arts and a passion for project management, Kate now handles key employer branding and talent attraction initiatives for TalentView’s key customers like Pru Life UK, Rebisco, and Ernst & Young Philippines. She provides guidance and direction to in-house content producers, graphic designers, and video editors to provide a targeted stream of multimedia content that helps HR leaders meet their talent attraction and engagement goals. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and is currently taking her advanced studies in Counseling specializing in Organizational Psychology at the same institution. Outside the workplace, Kate loves wandering to uncommon destinations and experience culture and art firsthand.
Driven by her passion to elevate the human capital industry through learning and development, Wynona heads the newly established Talent Research and Insights. In addition to leading TalentView's insighting efforts, she also manages the company’s internal and external learning initiatives including the well-received Employer Branding Summit Asia. Wynona’s beginnings in client experience positions brought about her invaluable expertise in customer relations, leading her to become TalentView’s youngest tower lead. She graduated with honors at the University of the Philippines-Manila with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences. Outside the corporate world, you'll find Wynona honing her creativity across a myriad of activities.
Jolo has specialized in digital marketing early in his career. He now spearheads market development and lead generation for TalentView in the ASEAN region. In charge of generating awareness and demand for TalentView’s solutions, Jolo leads his team to tailor-fits solutions for the growing regional market and creates objective-based marketing campaigns. Jolo graduated with a degree in Marketing Management. He has earned his certifications in Hubspot Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing. In addition he also earned Google certifications for Google Analytics IQ and Google AdWords.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Cil’s prowess in finance and accounting defines her dedication to TalentView as the Corporate Services Head. She earned her Bachelor’s Degrees in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos, and Accountancy from the Cebu Institute of Technology – University (CIT – U). With over ten years of experience from different industries in her field, Cil supervises every aspect of the company’s financial affairs. From internal budgeting activities to external transactions, Cil’s mastery in the discipline of finance allows her to provide the best solutions and maintain TalentView’s security with a sense of personal excellence and commitment to learning and leading. Outside the office, Cil volunteers for groups that support Filipino children’s education.
